Can I cancel an order?

bullet Yes, you can cancel your order at any time prior to the order or merchandise being shipped without cost or penalty. The following conditions apply:
If you cancel your order prior to shipping, we will refund your payment in full, unless otherwise noted herein.
bullet All cancellations must be done by calling our Customer Service number: 661-393-2920 during our customer service hours of M-F 9am - 4pm PST. Order cancellations can also be requested by filling out a Customer Service & Support Ticket in our Customer Support Area. We can not accept email order cancellation requests.
bullet Paypal.com, a 3rd party credit card processor we use for online orders, collects a 3.9% commission on each transaction plus a $0.45 charge per sale. These fees are charged to us and are not refundable after 30 days. If you cancel your order after 30 days from placing your order, these fees will be deducted from your refund. If you cancel your order within 30 days, no fees will be incurred and you will receive a full refund.
bullet Authorize.net, another 3rd party credit card processor we use, collects a 3.9% commission on each transaction plus a $0.40 charge per sale. These fees are charged to us and are not refundable after 24 hours. If you cancel your order after 24 hours from placing your order, these fees will be deducted from your refund. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, no fees will be incurred and you will receive a full refund.
 
bullet What is your dispute policy?
Despite our efforts in providing the best possible product or service, a problem with an order may arise. If this is the case, it is the customer's responsibility to address the problem with us, the merchant, directly so that we can further assist and try to resolve the issue.
